Service and on-site support:
Our team of service engineers are available to attend customers’ sites to resolve production critical service issues, install new equipment, and to undertake routine planned servicing. The engineers will follow all customer and government rules and advice, including temperature monitoring, socially distancing from other site personnel and using all appropriate PPE.
Sales team visits:
For urgent project requirements, our sales team is able to visit customers’ sites. The team will follow all customer and government rules and advice, including temperature monitoring, social distancing and using all appropriate PPE. The team is also available for remote meetings via MS Teams / Zoom etc.
In both cases, we are happy to complete Covid-19 questionnaires/risk assessments prior to the visit.
Scaglia Indeva Ltd Offices:
Our UK head office in Derbyshire is open, and able to receive telephone enquiries and deliveries, as well as despatching spare parts on a daily basis. The office is staffed by a reduced team following Covid-19 guidelines, with the remaining colleagues working remotely from home.
